Low carb prosciutto-wrapped chicken is amazingly delicious. It is a simple dish made with Italian seasoning and four ingredients. You can make it in 20 minutes. It can be suitable recipes with risotto, pasta, and asparagus.

Ingredients

  • 10 slices Prosciutto
  • 10 fresh chicken tenders (about 1-1/2 pounds)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 5 (1-oz) slices Mozzarella cheese (cut in half)

Instructions

  • Keep your oven ready with 375ºF. Keep a rimmed baking sheet using foil and do topping with cooking rack.
  • Add seasoning to chicken over both sides using Italian seasoning.
  • Do topping for each chicken tender using half a slice of cheese and wrap it using one slice of prosciutto.
  • Keep this on a preheated baking rack and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • Switch on the broiler and cook chicken for 1-2 minutes till it gets crisp.

You can use any cheese according to your preference.
