Onion tea is another option for weight loss. It requires to drink 5-ounce once a day.

Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Parsley
  • One-quart water

Instructions

  • Include the entire onion with outer cover into a blender and make a fine paste.
  • In boiling water, add the onion blend and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Strain the pulp and pour it in a container. Consume it hot or cold.
  • You can also include parsley in the blend for taste.

Notes

This tea may remain for 3-days in the refrigerator, but fresh is always good.
