4-5Red large onions (peeled and chopped)
1cupchopped tomato
1cupshredded cabbage
3cupchicken or vegetable stock
3cloves of minced garlic
½inch ginger root (grated)
¼tsp black pepper
1tspolive oil
Salt to taste
A few of cilantro to garnish

How To Prepare?
Take a soup pan and add olive oil.
Include garlic and ginger and saute it for 2-minutes.
Include red onions and vegetables. Keep mixing and cook it for 3o seconds.
Add chicken or vegetable stock.
