Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast fillets (4) (454 g) (skinless boneless)
  • 3 ounces Deli ham (strips and sliced (85 g))
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 ounces Smoked mozzarella cheese (2 oz grated and 2 oz sliced thinly(113 g))
  • 1/4 cup Pork rinds crushed (1/4 oz/ 7 g)4 teaspoons chipotle mustard or Dijon mustard (20 ml)

Roasted Marinated Vegetables

  • 1 tsp Blend of Garlic and Herb Seasoning, or your favorite (5 ml)
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms sliced or quartered (227 g)
  • 8 ounces Asparagus trimmed, (227 g)
  • 8 ounces Grape tomatoes or whole cherry (227 g)
  • 2 tsp Olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar (15 ml)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced (5 g))
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Instructions

Prep

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and keep the oven rack in the center position. Line a sheet dish with foil. Blend the flavoring in with the squashed pork skins. Cut the vegetables if necessary.

Marinated Vegetables

  • Combine the ingredients to marinade the vegetable. Keep the mushrooms, asparagus, and tomatoes into a wide container and toss all together.

Chicken

  • Make one-centimeter slices of ham that 1/2-inch strips. Make sure to slice thinly around two ounces of cheese and grate the rest chicken. Add the seasoning to the chicken breast using pepper and salt. Prepare six deep cuts in every chicken breast. Stuff the ham strips into every cut in each chicken breast. Place one piece of cheese using each cut. Smudge one teaspoon of mustard in every chicken breast. Make part of shredded cheese among the chicken and sprinkle it on top. Pour the seasoned pork rinds.

Sheet Pan

  • Combine chicken and make room for vegetables. You can group with asparagus, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Pour some pepper and salt using veggies and chicken with the pan.

Bake

  • Now bake the chicken for 20-30 minutes and cook it well at 160 degrees over the quick-reading thermometer.

Serve

  • Divide the vegetables and chicken into four plates.
