    Whether you are exercising or doing household chores, it is important that you are able to rent your muscles so that it will be easier for you to use them the next time you would want to.  In addition, you should also make it a point to start when lighter exercises so that you would be able to keep your muscles in check in terms of the intensity of the exercise.
