    • In addition to this, it lowers your inhibitions which would make you want to eat more instead of controlling yourself and trying to stop yourself from eating.  This coupled when lack of exercise because of sluggishness due to excessive alcohol intake, would make it more difficult for you to lose weight.

    However, you do not need to worry because there is the way for you to counteract the effects of alcohol in your body.  The bill this, you have to make sure that you drink a glass of water in between your alcoholic beverages.  This way, you will be able to counteract the effects of alcohol on your metabolic rate.
